  12. Mass participation in sport and physical fitness encouraged/promoted.
  13. Malawi National Council of Sports Act reviewed and enacted.
  14. A Culture of Sports in the Country developed.
  15. Over 3000 existing Edzi Toto Clubs strengthened
  16. At least 4 multi-purpose youth centers rehabilitated to a functional capacity
  17. More boma-based youth centers established
  18. Youth open days in all the districts held
  19. Club, district and regional youth and cultural festivals organized
  20. Youth trained in business and credit management skills
  21. Loan revolving fund for youth entrepreneurship established
