Hon. Bazuka Mhango hails from Kasole Village in Karonga, northern Malawi. He was born on 19^th March, 1939. He is a Member of Parliament for Karonga North West.

Hon Mhango has a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Diploma in Education from the University of Malawi. He also holds a postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies from Alexander Halmiton Institute, USA.

Hon Mhango practiced  law in his legal firm – Bazuka and Company from 1973 – 2004. He also worked as legal advisor to the Malawi Development Corporation (MDC).

He is married to three wives and has 14 children.
