Hon. Roy Commsy was born on 1st February, 1978 in Thyolo, southern Malawi. He is Member of Parliament for Thyolo South West constituency.
He holds a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
He was first elected Member of Parliament in 1999, and re-elected in 2004.
His hobbies include physical exercises, sports, watching wildlife, listening to music and reading.
